Foundational Commitments

Ministry Purpose

To glorify God by seeking to make disciples of Christ and to challenge those disciples to model God's Word by loving Christ supremely and loving others sacrificially.

Ministry Objectives

We seek to build this student ministry on the Scriptures. God's Word makes it clear that change into Christlikeness comes from the impact of Scripture in the life of the believer (1 Tim. 3:16, 17). It is for this reason that we firmly believe that the Word of God must be central in the ministry that desires to make disciples (2 Tim. 2:2). Our aim, therefore, is to equip parents and students with the Word so that they can do the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:11-16).

We seek to build each student and their families into Christ and the Gospel. We desire to point students to Christ, the life that is in Him, and the demands of Christ's call to discipleship. (Luke 9:23-26)

We seek to build each student and their families into the local church. It is our desire to see each student become a passionate participant in the body of Christ! As we teach the Word, we desire to cultivate Christ-centered relationships with them as well as promote ministry to the body and beyond (Heb. 10:22-25; Gal. 5:13-14; Rom. 15:5-7).

We seek to build each student into their families. This ministry does not exist to replace the parents' role, but to come alongside them as they shepherd their families according to Ephesians 6:4 and Colossians 3:21. We want to partner with the parents in prayer for their students and see them become men and women who are marked by their love for Jesus and their commitment to the Word.
